ALBANY - An Albany man was shot in the stomach on Green Street early Sunday morning in what police are calling an attempted murder. Miguel Navarro was sitting with a friend in a parked car on the 200 block of Green Street when someone opened fire on the vehicle at 12:30 a.m., police said.
