University of Chicago Children's Hospital Hosts Live Internet Videochat With Santa.

CUseeMe Networks Partners with Children's Hospitals across the

U.S. to Enable Children to Videochat and Share their Christmas Lists

with Santa Online

CUseeMe Networks (NASDAQ: CUSM), the leading provider of voice and visual communications solutions for the Internet, today announced that it will bring Santa to hospitalized children at University of Chicago Children's Hospital live via the Internet on December 14. CUseeMe has partnered with children's hospitals from across the U.S. to make this special engagement for Santa possible. In its second year, the goal of the Santa project is to allow children who can't get to the mall and sit on Santa's lap to still have the opportunity to see and talk with him before Christmas.

To participate in the interactive videochat over the Internet, Santa and the hospitals will use CUseeMe Web technology, which enables live audio, video and text chat to be embedded within a standard PC Web browser. All of the hospitals will be linked together in a group Internet videoconference with Santa.

The videochat with Santa will take place Thursday, December 14th at 11:00 a.m. CST. Hospitals participating with University of Chicago include MassGeneral Hospital for Children and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Santa will be able to see each of the children in his Web browser and talk with them individually. The children will take turns sharing their Christmas lists with Santa, asking questions about the reindeer and elves, and chatting with the children at other hospitals.
